  • Representative Director/CEOYu Kobayashi

    Kobayashi moved to Cambodia after graduating from University of Tsukuba in 2012. He participated in the startup of a Japanese-affiliated IT company locally, and for three years he was in charge of the real estate-related offshore business. He founded LASTMILE WORKS Cambodia to create services operated from developing countries to the world in 2015, and established BPO Centers in Phnom Penh and regional areas. In 2016, He established the LASTMILE WORKS Co., Ltd. in Japan and started provision of VR-related services for the South-East Asian and Japanese real estate markets.

  • DirectorHidemi Nakagawa

    After graduating from the Chuo University Graduate School, Nakagawa entered a Japanese large bank-related think tank company as a system engineer.In the Common Infrastructure Business Department, he constructed and operated virtualization aggregation of distributed bank systems, and was engaged in the promotion of offshore development of internal systems.After leaving the company in 2014, and studying overseas for approximately three years, he joined LASTMILE WORKS in 2017, and coordinated the Cambodia base.

    Machida graduated from the Department of Applied Mechanics and Aerospace Engineering at Waseda University.He was engaged in the planning and operation of a mobile service for an entertainment company on the prime section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.Following that, he was engaged in digital promotion and marketing support for a major corporation as a project manager.From 2018, he entered his current role.He is promoting Web system development-related work and new business development.
