ACADEMY
Lastmile Works is the 1st company in Cambodia to offer VR (Virtual Reality) workshops and trainings. Offering the use of their VR Lab an learning facilities at no cost, learning couldn’t be more interesting and fun.
We assess and evaluate every employees’ specialization before assigning them to the position. After a certain period, they will be re-evaluated to determine whether they will be kept in the assigned position or will be reassigned. Every step, employees are given assistance accordingly to meet full potential.
AWARDS
Either quarterly or annually, employees receive special wearables or gadgets for their overall increase in performance.
APPRAISAL
Quarter
Every three months, Lastmile Works re-evaluates employee’s overall performance for salary appraisal. Appraisal percentage depends on the progress made by the employee.
Annual
All employees no matter the position are subject for 15% salary appraisal yearly.
Bonus
Every year, Lastmile Works’ employees will receive 13th month pay as their bonus.
